IDM Business Academy Welcomes Xoli Ngazimbi

It is official after months of waiting IDM Business Academy welcomes our new Executive Director Xoli Ngazimbi.

Xoli is a results-driven professional with over 19 years of South African and International working experience within both the academic and corporate sectors and has advanced skills in the functional application of research in strategic planning, transformation, culture and D&I (diversity and inclusion). In an increasingly globalised world, her international experience has equipped her with the aptitude to successfully assist corporates in driving transformation strategies that utilise Diversity and Inclusion as a value-adding model for business.

Xoli considers herself an impact facilitator, as her main interests are rooted in her broader passion for community, human and social development, which, in the current South African landscape, is about facilitating equitable access and transformation.

Her current interests lie in skills development, particularly of the youth, a concern that is fuelled in part by the high youth unemployment rate in South Africa. She thrives on her ability to collaborate with corporates to co-design and roll out learning and development programmes that align with business strategy and focus on meaningful learning journeys designed to improve employee motivation and engagement.

“I'm really looking forward to working with like-minded individuals and organisations in both the private and public sectors to unlock the potential of African youth in ways that drive sustainable economic participation.”
