Alupheli Sithebe
Alupheli Sithebe CA(SA), MBA is a Non-Executive Director of IDM. She is a seasoned Private Equity investment professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Financial Services industry.
Alupheli founded Kamva Advisory & Associates Inc in 2009, a business focused on financial advisory services to SME's. After 3 years in this venture, she pursued her passion for deal making and joined the IDC where she was involved in investing in greenfield and mature assets across a wide range of industries in the unlisted space with a variety of funding models from debt, quasi equity to pure equity instruments earning some accolades in recognition of her excellence in this role. Alupheli then went on to join Senatla Capital and later JSE listed African Phoenix Investments Limited, both mid-market focused Private Equity fund managers.
Currently, Alupheli is once again pursuing her entrepreneurial interests through her 100% black woman owned investment holding vehicle targeting unlisted small cap private equity assets alongside key strategic equity partners. This vehicle has thus far successfully invested in three businesses.
