Chomel is a seasoned strategy consultant and business leader. She began her career in banking and then moved to Deloitte to pursue her consulting career. She has broad experience that includes strategy development and execution, executive leadership development; executive coaching; talent strategy; graduate development; change management; conceptualisation and mobilisation of broad scale culture programmes; merger integration, marketing and communication; programme management and customer management. She has a passion for partnering and collaborating with clients to deliver value-based outcomes.
