Manoko Ratala
Manoko is an Associate of IDM and has over 20 years experience across public sector entities, including national, provincial and local spheres of government and para-statals, as well as global private sector organisations based in South Africa. An Industrial Psychologist by profession, a Certified Coach and seasoned Facilitator, she has a keen interest in helping whole organisations, teams and individuals meet changing industrial and organisational expectations.
Manoko brings a straight-talking, energized style, which acts as a positive catalyst for change at all organisational levels. Her consulting expertise includes leadership development, organisational development, industrial relations, competency assessments, strategic planning, coaching, skills development and social facilitation. Manoko has worked with diverse audiences in Swaziland, Botswana, Lesotho, Kenya, Tanzania, Togo and Nigeria.
