Rougen Naidoo
Rougen is an associate of of IDM and lives in Johannesburg with his wife and family. He is a Human Resource and Leadership Development practitioner of deep experience. Having developed and executed integrated Talent, Learning and Leadership development strategies across multiple markets, he is highly skilled at building consensus and is able to shape environments that foster continued growth and development across multiple functions. Rougen has wide experience across HR, including policy development, performance management, talent management and organisational development. His previous experience includes Africa Head of Leadership, Learning and Talent for Barclays Africa; HR Director for Retail Banking for Nedbank; and Head of Organisational Development for FNB.
