Xoli Ngazimbi
Xolani is an Executive Director at IDM. She has over 19 years of local and international experience in research, consulting and training and has worked with a variety of organisations in both the private and public sectors, including the Human Sciences Research Council and Transcend Corporate Advisors. With a keen interest in identity, diversity, and culture, Xolani is drawn to human and social development and how social conditions allow or prevent access to empowering opportunities in the workplace. She specialises in learning and development; skills development; diversity, equity and inclusion.
